Anna VerSteeg is a dynamic motivational speaker and highly respected pioneer in the areas of employee empowerment and business performance excellence. Anna’s consummate speaking skills, coupled with inspiring performance improvement experiences make a dramatic impact in any environment and with any position. She has given counsel to some of the top military and corporate leaders in America, as well as middle managers, supervisors, team leaders, and general population employees.
A Fortune 500 CEO Tour of Excellence Committee published Anna’s work as a General Manager with Nortel. During her tenure with Nortel her experiences included that of Plant Manager, Engineering Director and both Quality and Maintenance Manager. Due to the publication Anna was invited to present at Motorola Operating Committee and Ocean Spray Executive Committee. The Nortel Facility was also highlighted in Self-Directed Work Teams, co-authored by John Zenger, featured on CBS Evening News, and on National Public Radio. Hundreds of companies requested tours that prompted Anna to give public speeches, consulting advice, and team implementation recommendations to over 400 companies during her tenure at Nortel before making the decision to pursue consulting full-time. She co-founded CSI with her partner, Debra Boggan, and together they co-authored three books Empowering Business Teams, Confessions of an UnManager, and Buried Alive! Digging Out of a Management Dumpster.
Anna has since worked with over 650 companies on work team implementation, business performance improvement initiatives, and leadership development. Some of Anna’s clients include Philip Morris USA, BAE Systems, Kellogg Company, Tobyhanna Army Depot, City of Cape Coral (FL), Bombardier Learjet, Letterkenny Army Depot, and Harley-Davidson.
Anna’s expertise is backed by a degree from the University of North Carolina, twenty-three years of financial and management experience, and several published accounts of work team implementation.
