Linda Shambley

Linda joined Competitive Solutions in 1994 as a Business Process Consultant. Prior to joining CSI she facilitated leadership and process improvement initiatives in organizations through partnerships with local colleges. She spent thirteen years in manufacturing operations in the cosmetics industry beginning her career “at the back door” and moving to the front of the business where she established a recognized industry standard for business excellence in customer service and turnaround times. Linda understands that organizations must have a balance to ensure continuous successful business outcomes and engagement at all levels and the components to foster both the business needs and the people needs.
Organizations Linda has worked with since joining CSI include Harley-Davidson, Excel Corporation (division of Cargill), Sara Lee Bakeries, BP Chemicals, Conoco, Kellogg, M&M Mars, GlaxoSmithKline as well as several Army and Marine installations. Linda has degrees from the University of South Carolina and the Universite de Dijon, France.
