PBL Workshop & Tour of Learjet Was a Big Hit!
Participants will learned how to build and use non-negotiable processes to fully realize the potential of their workforce. These processes help to create a teamwork driven culture of clear business focus, a sustained sense of urgency, and stronger team accountability. With Process Based Leadership®, managers are able to reinvent and sustain a new, efficient, and successful culture.

Participants had the unique opportunity to see the fabrication of sheet metal and tubing into aircraft parts, and then witness highly skilled technicians assemble those parts into an aircraft. They saw and discussed many Process Based Leadership® and Lean concepts in practice, such as communication processes, application of scorecard metrics, workplace organization, visual management, and problem solving resulting in both a cultural and physical change at Bombardier Learjet.
