PBL Workshop & Tour of Learjet, May 9 & 10
Participants will learn how to build and use non-negotiable processes to fully realize the potential of their workforce. These processes help to create a teamwork driven culture of clear business focus, a sustained sense of urgency, and stronger team accountability. With Process Based Leadership®, managers will be able to reinvent and sustain their new, successful culture.
Participants will see the fabrication of sheet metal and tubing into aircraft parts, and then witness highly skilled technicians assemble those parts into an aircraft. You will see many Process Based Leadership® and Lean concepts in practice, such as communication processes, application of scorecard metrics, workplace organization, visual management, and problem solving resulting in both a cultural and physical change at Bombardier Learjet.
